Ponder this
The question posed by my 5 year old today: "If I want to make good choices, why do I make bad choices? I don't want to make bad choices, but I make bad choices when I want to make good ones."
Rom 7:15 I don't understand myself at all, for I really want to do what is right, but I don't do it. Instead, I do the very thing I hate. Rom 7:21 It seems to be a fact of life that when I want to do what is right, I inevitably do what is wrong.
I know! Crazy, but then not so much, it is a struggle that we all go through every day. But still...for a five year old to be able to verbalize it? He never ceases to amaze me!
